She Believes In Moderation
Meadows opened up about her wellness to Celebrity Secrets. She says that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. "I'm a firm believer in everything in moderation," she says.
"I have a massive sweet tooth so struggle on that side, but other than that my meals are generally quite healthy. I tend to eat lots of chicken and vegetables and I'm partial to a good salad."

Meadows also revealed her favorite exercises to Celebrity Secrets. She says that she tries to work out on a regular basis. One exercise she likes to do is go running. "I like to be active," she says.
"So I try to run one to two times a week." Running is a great way to stay in shape. Better Health reports, "Running is faster, uses more kilojoules and demands more effort from the heart, lungs and muscles than jogging.
Running requires a higher level of overall fitness than jogging. Both running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' – the term 'aerobic exercise' means any physical activity that produces energy by combining oxygen with blood glucose or body fat."
She Works With A Personal Trainer
Meadows also works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. She tells Celebrity Secrets that this helps her stay motivated, enjoy exercise, and be consistent.
"I also have a personal trainer, Deniz Kadri, who is the absolute best! I see her two times a week and she keeps me interested in exercise."

Meadows is also a fan of taking fitness classes. She tells Celebrity Secrets that she likes to go to Pilates classes. "I also try and get to a reformer Pilates class, once a week, at Zero Gravity in Loughton." Pilates has a lot of benefits.
A study reports, "Pilates is a mind-body exercise approach requiring core stability, strength, flexibility, attention to muscle control, posture control and breathing.
Turner likes to spend time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going on hikes. She shared this photo of herself hiking in Montana Redonda on Instagram. She captioned the post, "Cute little hike. Although, there were huge spiders everywhere."
The NPS reports, "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between."
